Program Highlights
Flash Talks: Conversation-starting talks by leading American and international thinkers and activists across generations, exploring the enduring ideas of the Enlightenment and their place in today’s world.
Readings and Performances: Readings at Albertine Books curated by Harper’s Magazine on the complexities of American democracy, and by New York Review of Books on French-American literary exchange, featuring celebrated writers and performers.
Writing Workshops and Salons: Intimate salons hosted by Interintellect and writing workshops led by members of Oulipo, the famed Paris literary collective.
Live Music: Live music and a festive closing session featuring a cocktail party and Peter Matson & Domenica of the celebrated New York dance band Underground System.
