sun 12pm: ninth annual brooklyn cranksgiving fundraiser: riders of all skill levels are welcome to participate at this annual scavenger hunt bike ride against hunger. participants cycle to various checkpoints in brooklyn, earning points for tasks like solving trivia questions, spotting specific street murals, taking photos with certain types of dogs, and more. prizes will be awarded to riders/teams who visit the most checkpoints, accumulate the most points, post the best pictures on social media, wear the best costumes, and show the most team spirit. starts at brooklyn navy yard’s bldg 77. donations ($25 suggested) will support community food justice organizations. >>
