thurs thru sun: 16th annual nyc unicycle festival: the new york city unicycle festival rolls back into town for four days of one-wheeled fun. this year’s fest kicks off with long-distance rides on thursday and friday, then pulls up to hudson river park’s pier 76 (midtown west) on saturday and sunday with a learn-to-ride area for newbies, exhibitions, and games like unicycle basketball and hockey. free admission. >>
