FIRST FRIDAYS AT THE FRICK COLLECTION! (SPONSORED)

First Fridays are in full swing at the Frick!

First Fridays
Friday, May 1
5:30 to 9:00 p.m.

The Frick Collection
1 East 70th Street

You don’t want to miss this! Join us at the Frick for FREE evenings of art and culture, from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. on the first Friday of each month (except January and September). Explore our galleries after hours, grab a drink or a bite to eat, and enjoy exciting talks, live music in the Garden Court, and art making.

This month’s installment coincides with “Fashion Week at the Frick” (April 28 to May 4), a celebration of art and dress inspired by our special exhibitions Gainsborough: The Fashion of Portraiture and Ruffles & Ribbons: Fashion Plates from the Time of Marie Antoinette. Enjoy special studio hours dedicated to fashion accessory making, plus fashion-focused gallery talks by Frick educators.

Explore all programming for “Fashion Week at the Frick,” from art-making sessions to talks on fashion highlights in the collection.

Please note: Only children ages 10 and older are admitted.

All gallery talks during First Fridays will offer free assistive listening devices (ALDs). Live American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available upon request; we ask for two weeks’ advance notice, but we will make every effort to accommodate all requests. To make a request or for other questions, please email us at accessibility@frick.org.

Timed tickets are fully booked, but a limited number of walk-up tickets will be available. Learn more at frick.org/firstfridays! Plus, sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on ticket releases for upcoming installments of First Fridays.
